Man gets 2 years for looting Humboldt Park currency exchange during 2020 riots (but he’s not expected to spend time in prison)

CHICAGO – A man was sentenced last week to two years in prison for looting a Humboldt Park currency exchange during a wave of civil unrest in 2020. But Khalil Raggs is not expected to spend any time in prison because he earned credit toward his sentence by being on electronic monitoring since he was arrested last year.
