Two St. Paul parents were arrested Wednesday in connection with their toddler’s death. Police said the child’s death may have involved drugs. St. Paul police said officers found the 1 1/2-year-old child unresponsive Wednesday afternoon at a home on 1000 block of Fifth Street East, in the city’s Dayton’s Bluff neighborhood. The child was later pronounced dead at Regions Hospital.
