An investigation is underway following a deadly crash just east of downtown St. Paul early Sunday morning.
It happened around 1:42 a.m. along Interstate 94, where the Minnesota State Patrol says a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee left the roadway while exiting at Mounds Boulevard.
According to a State Patrol incident report, the Jeep ultimately struck an “overhead sign post.”…
