Oh boy, Target Corporate, which is based in Minneapolis, is not having a great day, month, or year, so far.
So, back in 2023, Target launched their Pride merchandise. Investors were allegedly promised a certain return on their investment. Unfortunately, things did not go that way. There were several boycotts regarding the merchandise, and also the placement of the campaign which was right in the front of the store in most or all of the Target stores across the country.
Investers are suing Target Corporation stating that they were misled about the financial impact of the boycotts in 2023.
