BELLE PLAINE, Minn. — The St. Paul police officers who fatally shot a man as the department was attempting to arrest him for a woman’s murder won’t face charges.
The decision comes from Scott County Attorney Ron Hocevar, who determined the use of force against Seantrell Murdock on Sept. 26, 2024 was “…necessary to protect these officers from death or great bodily harm.”
