MINNEAPOLIS — A 25-year-old woman has been charged after all three of her children allegedly tested positive for fentanyl in their systems.
According to the charging sheet, Minneapolis police officers were called to the 400 block of Broadway Street NE for a baby not breathing on Jan 2.
