A Chaska man already serving out a 25-year federal prison sentence was sentenced to 5 more years for shooting at police during an incident in Brooklyn Park in 2020.
James Howard Klein, 37, was sentenced to 60 months in prison in Hennepin County court this week in connection with the 2020 shooting. The sentence will be served consecutively with a 25-year sentence Klein is already serving for shooting at state troopers during an attempted carjacking in Utah in 2021.
