A St. Paul man and a Mounds View woman have been sentenced to prison for their roles in a 2023 Minneapolis armed carjacking.
Carvon Antonio Saine, 19, of St. Paul and Isis Martinaz Brent, 20, of Mounds View were sentenced in U.S. District court Tuesday in connection with the Oct. 6, 2023 incident.
