Brooklyn Park police arrested a carjacking suspect Thursday morning following a vehicle pursuit and foot chase, police said.
Police said they were initially called to Norwood Park, located at 8100 Newton Ave. N., just after 9 a.m., where officers located a victim who had been carjacked at gunpoint.
Shortly after, police said officers located the victim’s stolen vehicle nearby. That’s when police said the driver began to speed off…
