Police say the stabbing of a man in Golden Valley early Friday morning could be linked to a crash that killed an 11-year-old girl in Independence two days earlier.
Golden Valley PD said a white man was found with multiple stab wounds near a black GMC at Theodore Wirth Parkway and Olson Memorial Highway around 6:15 a.m. He was taken to North Memorial Hospital and described his attacker as a young white male.
A short time later, Minneapolis Parks staff received calls about a half-naked man inside a maintenance building, and took him to the Golden Valley Police Department for additional questioning…
