Parts of Minnesota could see up to a foot of snow on Wednesday, with schools across the areas likely to be hardest-hit starting to announce closures, delays, and e-learning days.
Blizzard warnings are in effect in southeast Minnesota, with heavy snow to be joined by 40-50 mph winds, while a winter storm warning is in place in the Twin Cities.
