A 16-year-old boy is accused of fatally shooting a man in the north Twin Cities metro overnight Friday into Saturday.
A criminal complaint filed in juvenile court shows the boy was charged with first-degree manslaughter for the incident that happened near the 4200 block of Central Avenue Northeast in Columbia Heights.
The Columbia Heights Police Department received a report of a homicide that happened around 11:15 p.m. on Friday. The victim, identified as Ibrahim Faisal Dabarani, had been dropped off at North Memorial Hospital. The person who had dropped him off had left and he died a short time later…
