Winter storm fallout: Hundreds of crashes, roads still closed, transit resuming

Minnesota is recovering in the aftermath of the biggest snowstorm of the season so far in the southern half of the state, with more than a foot of snow falling in areas.

As of 11 a.m. Wednesday, there are still dozens of road closures in southwestern Minnesota due to blizzard conditions, with Interstate 90 closed from the South Dakota border to west of Albert Lea.
