(WATERTOWN, MINN) – Former Minnesota gubernatorial candidate and family practice physician Dr. Scott Jensen says his federal lawsuit against the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice has been dismissed.
“This lawsuit has never been about one person,” Dr. Jensen said in a statement released to Flag Family News. “It’s about all of us and our right to free speech. If it can happen to me, why couldn’t it happen to anyone?”
