Robbinsdale police say they’ve arrested a domestic assault suspect who fled police before his car caught fire in Minneapolis.
According to the Robbinsdale Police Department, officers responded to a report of a domestic assault on the 4000 block of 37th Avenue North at around 11:45 a.m. Thursday.
