Foul play is not suspected in the deaths of a man and woman found dead inside a vehicle in St. Paul on Sunday, according to police.
According to the St. Paul Police Department, officers responded to the Shamrock Plaza on Lower After Road around 5:30 p.m. on a report two people possibly deceased.
