Musical lineup unveiled for 2025 Grand Old Day

ST PAUL, Minn. — There are many ingredients that make St. Paul’s Grand Old Day a legendary street festival – a parade, car shows, piles of food and overall fun.

But music has long been the backbone of Grand Old Day, and the 2025 edition will feature dozens of bands on six stages, promising something for just about every musical taste. From regional favs like The 4onthefloor and The Cactus Blossoms to reggae, jazz, folk, soul and hip-hop, visitors won’t be able to turn around without hearing something.

On Thursday, organizers released the full Grand Old Day lineup.

  • The Homegrown Stage – The 4onthefloor, 13 Arrows, Ladies of the 80s, The Scarlet Goodbye, The Goombas and The Cellar Dwellers
  • The Vibes Stage (hosted by Sean Mcpherson and Jazz88) – Ashley DuBose, Brandon Commodore’s NRG, Mike Munson, T. Mychael Rambo, Maryann and the Money Makers, and Trevor McSpadden

While sounds will be in the air for everyone, you will need to buy a Grand Old Day music pass to get closer to the bands inside fenced-off stage areas with beverage gardens. A pass for those ages 21+ is $13, those under 21 pay $5 while children under the age of 5 get in free. A pit pass offering front row access to the two main music stages is $30.
