ST PAUL, Minn. — A sinkhole in St. Paul has caused the city to shut down a busy stretch of roadways.
According to the city, West 7th Street from Kellogg Boulevard to Grand Avenue has been closed as the city’s public works and regional water services crews work to repair the hole.
