Shelter-in-place order issued in Lakeville, FEMA says

The Federal Emergency Management Agency says a shelter-in-place order is in effect south of the Twin Cities on Thursday.

At around 2 p.m., FEMA issued an alert that said the shelter order is due to police activity in the area of Highview and 190th Street in Lakeville. It’ll be in place until police issue an all clear once the incident is resolved.
