Grandfather who said he was ‘pretty much f—ed’ after causing deadly restaurant crash that killed 2 learns he was right

The first thing a drunk driver said to cops after he plowed through a Minnesota bar killing two people and injuring a dozen others last year was “I’m f—” and “I’m probably going to jail.”

Steven Frane Bailey’s prognostication did indeed come true. A judge on Monday sentenced the 57-year-old grandfather to 30 years in prison. He pleaded guilty in May to two counts of third-degree murder and three counts of criminal vehicular operation with great bodily harm. The Sept. 1, 2024, crash killed Kristina Marie Folkerts and Gabriel Quinn Harvey, both 30, at Park Tavern in St. Louis Park, a Minneapolis suburb.
