The St. Anthony Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding an endangered missing man.
According to an alert from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, 66-year-old Stephen Halvorson’s current location is unknown.
Halvorson is described as being 5’09” and around 200 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Authorities say he lumbers when he walks, and he was last seen wearing a rainbow tie-dyed T-shirt, dark denim jeans and black tennis shoes…
