The St. Paul Police Department is asking residents to be on the lookout for a vulnerable adult who has been missing since Tuesday.
Jorge, whose last name the police did not provide, was running errands with a loved one when he went missing. The 74-year-old had been wearing a white or light blue, long-sleeved, collared shirt and beige pants when he was running errands.
Jorge needs medication for his health, and has gone multiple days without taking it as of Thursday…
