A 10-year-old boy is on the road to recovery after undergoing surgery to remove a bullet fragment found in his neck following the mass shooting at Annunciation Church last week.

According to a written statement from the family of Weston Halsne, “The procedure went well, and Weston is expected to make a full physical recovery.”
