The St. Paul Fire Department is investigating the cause of “several dumpster fires” on Payne Avenue, which later spread to two adjacent buildings.
According to the fire department, the fires were first reported around 4:30 a.m. in the 800 and 900 blocks of Payne Avenue. When fire crews arrived, the department reported that they found several dumpster fires, some of which appeared to have spread into two adjacent buildings.
The fire department stated that they were able to quickly extinguish the flames, and no one was injured…
