The body of a hiker from Minnesota who disappeared over three months ago after he was swept into a Montana creek has been found and recovered, authorities said.

Red Lodge Fire Rescue announced the discovery of the remains of Tim Sandford, 23, of Minnetonka, in a Facebook post on Tuesday, Sept. 23.
