Chick-fil-A has almost two dozen Twin Cities locations – and another one is on the way.
The chicken-focused fast-food chain is setting up shop in the parking lot of the former Herberger’s department store at 2001 Washington Ave. in Stillwater. Construction is expected to begin next spring and wrap up by fall, according to planning documents.
“While we are still early in the process, Chick-fil-A is happy to share that we are actively pursuing our first location in Stillwater,” a company spokesperson confirmed Wednesday. “We look forward to working through the approval process and are excited by the prospect of joining the Stillwater community.”…
