Dozens of recently planted trees vandalized along St. Paul’s Shepard Road

Dozens of recently planted trees have been vandalized along St. Paul’s Shepard Road, the second time it has happened in less than a year.

On Friday, St. Paul Parks and Recreation took to social media to report that 32 trees south of the High Bridge on Shepard Road had been vandalized.
