EAU CLAIRE (WKBT) — Three Minneapolis residents were arrested Thursday in connection with a multi-state retail theft operation that police say netted more than $150,000 in stolen merchandise.
Kenneth Machen, 21, Roberta Howard, 19, and Leslie Robinson, 64, were taken into custody at Oakwood Mall after store security at Scheels All Sports recognized someone who had allegedly stolen a $3,500 fish finder from their store on November 1, according to an Eau Claire PD Facebook post Tuesday.
