Cottage Grove police are still searching for a suspect who reportedly tried to steal someone’s car at knifepoint.
According to the police, the incident happened around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 79th and Hemingway Avenue. There, someone reportedly armed with a knife attempted to steal someone’s car but was unsuccessful.
