A winter storm bringing heavy snow to Minnesota is causing major problems on state roads, with conditions deteriorating as the day wears on.
The system is moving from northwest to southeast, dropping snow on a line that includes the I-94 corridor on its southern edge, with heavier amounts falling in north-central Minnesota.
