SAINT PAUL, Minn. — A Saint Paul mother is desperate to get her family’s car back after she said it was stolen by someone who was offering to deliver groceries to them during intensified ICE operations.
The woman, who spoke through an interpreter and asked not to be identified because she is living in the U.S. without proper documentation, said the car is her family’s only source of income. She and her husband use it to drive around and clear snow from driveways and sidewalks, she explained.
