As Immigration and Customs Enforcement continues its “Operation Metro Surge” in Minnesota, thousands of protesters marched down Lake Street in Minneapolis on Saturday, Dec. 20, to decry the federal agency’s deportation efforts. The protest was organized by grassroots immigrant rights organization the Minnesota Immigrant Rights Action Committee.
