CASTLE ROCK, Minn. — A woman was shot and killed Wednesday afternoon inside a home just south of Farmington, officials say.
The Dakota County Sheriff’s Office said the shooting occurred near 250th Street West and Minnesota Highway 3 in Castle Rock Township just after 2:30 p.m. When deputies arrived, they found a woman dead at the scene. Another person was found with a gunshot wound and is currently being treated.
