A closing sale is underway at Paper Source inside St. Paul’s Victoria East Crossings Mall, which has been emptying out as plans take shape for a major redevelopment on Grand Avenue.
Artisan goods boutique Trade Winds closed in 2024 after 34 years in business and the mall’s anchor, JUUT Salon Spa, is relocating to 791 Grand Avenue effective Jan. 13.
Paper Source will close for good on Thursday, Jan. 15. The stationary shop will have two remaining Twin Cities locations, at 50th and France in Edina and inside Mall of America.
