A Saint Paul man is charged with two counts of felony assault after authorities say a woman was badly beaten.
Prosecutors say the assault occurred inside a Saint Paul garage and the woman was later found walking down a roadway covered in blood.
According to the criminal complaint, Wade Edward Kelvie, 60, is accused of assaulting the woman on Jan. 3, 2026.
