A protester whose distinctive get-up has led to several viral videos during anti-ICE demonstrations in Minneapolis has been released from federal custody after being arrested on Monday.
Rob Potylo, the artist, comedian, director and activist known as Robby Roadsteamer on Instagram, gave a running commentary as federal officers advanced on him outside the Whipple Federal Building at Fort Snelling, Minneapolis, Monday.
