Two vans transporting St. Paul Public Schools students stopped by ICE agents

St. Paul Public Schools says two of its vans were stopped by ICE agents while students and staff were on board.

According to a statement from the district, two of its contracted vans were pulled over by ICE agents on their way to school last week.

The statement goes on to say that the vans “followed the district’s protocols” and were able to continue on to school.

“We applaud the staff members onboard for keeping everyone calm and safe,” the statement reads…
