MINNEAPOLIS (Gray News) – Bystanders in Minneapolis caught what appears to be a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agent on camera repeatedly kneeing a man in the face during an arrest, according to video reviewed by CNN.
The man is seen being held on the ground next to a vehicle by at least four Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.
A witness said the detainee was not resisting, while DHS said the man is a “criminal alien from Ecuador.”…
