ST PAUL, Minn. — A man is recovering in the hospital after his wife says he was chased by federal immigration agents and crashed his car into a telephone pole in St. Paul.
Nicole Salamanca said her husband, Christian Salamanca, was on his way to work when agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement began following him in a vehicle.
