SCANDIA, Minn. — Minnesota winters aren’t for the faint of heart, and that’s absolutely no problem for Steve Blees.
For the second time in four years, Blees has built a backyard winter wonderland for his grandkids, centered around a homemade luge that runs nearly 300 feet.
