The Uptown Art Fair will reportedly return to its namesake neighborhood after a two-year detour in south Minneapolis.
In a video posted by Southwest Voices, Mayor Jacob Frey appears to confirm at a Uptown Association meeting that the fair will return to the neighborhood.
