ST PAUL, Minn. — Four days after a woman was struck by a hit-and-run driver in St Paul, her daughter is preparing to say goodbye.
“I have to make the hard decision to take my mom off of life support,” said Danelle Dolsen. “Which we’re doing over the weekend.”
