Minneapolis, Minnesota – Deputies made arrests Monday morning after an unlawful assembly outside the Whipple Building allegedly blocked roadways and created public safety hazards.
According to the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office, deputies issued dispersal orders to individuals gathered outside the building after participants allegedly blocked access to local businesses and obstructed nearby roads.
