Saint Paul restaurant offers free meals to lawmakers who dine together across party lines

SAINT PAUL, Minn. — People come together at bars and restaurants to connect and share ideas.

Will Rolf, who owns Sweeney’s Saloon, had his own idea: to offer their daily lunch special and a beer to state lawmakers for free.
