A man is dead and a woman is in a critical condition after a shooting in St. Paul on Wednesday afternoon.
The incident was reported around 1:10 p.m. on the 1500 block of Edmund Avenue, where a 911 caller said they had been shot.
Officers arrived to find the two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were taken to Regions Hospital, where the man died, and the woman remains with critical injuries…
