A 29-year-old man has been arrested in connection with threats of violence against South St. Paul Public Schools.
The district closed all of its schools and transitioned to e-learning on Wednesday, saying the decision was made “out of an abundance of caution … due to a safety concern.”
The South St. Paul Police Department says it learned early Wednesday morning that officers were responding to a call for service in St. Paul involving a person who “had made a specific threat of violence against South St. Paul Public Schools, along with other offenses,” and fled the scene before officers arrived…
