The Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office reported that Moua Sue Xiong, who had been convicted for a criminal sexual conduct charge and fled, was located and arrested. The Apprehension and K9 Units found him just before 10 a.m. on the 2300 block of Montana Avenue East in Maplewood.
Xiong was hiding under a stairwell when he was discovered by K9 Cross. He was taken into custody, transported to a hospital, and then booked into the Ramsey County Jail, where he awaits sentencing…
