Police investigating a hit-and-run that killed a St. Paul woman last month have made an arrest.
St. Paul PD announced Friday that a 34-year-old local man was booked on charges of criminal vehicular homicide in the death of Lisa Giguere, 58.
Giguere was struck by a minivan as she crossed Pennsylvania Avenue near the intersection with Rice Street in St. Paul on Feb. 16, and died from her injuries at Regions Hospital on Feb. 22.
Police issued an appeal to find the driver, and believe they have now identified the man and recovered the vehicle involved in the collision…
