St. Paul, MN (MinnesotaNow)- Authorities in the Twin Cities are asking for the public’s help with identifying a body that was recovered from the Mississippi River nearly 12 months ago.
A news release issued by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office says the deceased person was discovered in St. Paul on May 23 of last year.
