A quiet morning on the 1500 block of Edmund Avenue turned into a scene of chaos and gunfire on March 18, 2026, leaving a 17-year-old boy dead and a woman fighting for her life.
St. Paul police arrived at the apartment to find a woman crawling toward the stairs, bleeding from several gunshot wounds, while 17-year-old Quincy Marshall lay unresponsive inside.
Marshall was rushed to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
